How do I change my display name?

You can update your display name from the Account Details page in MY ACCOUNT.

1. Go to MY ACCOUNT > Edit Account.
2. Enter your new display name in the form.
3. Click the Save changes button at the bottom of the page.

How can I view Mature Content?

You can access Mature Content after completing a brief age-verification check.

1. Scroll to the bottom of any page and toggle Show Mature Content.
2. Complete the quick verification process.
3. Once verified, Mature Content will be visible on the Content page, each creator’s Tree page, and in your Library.

How can I get a refund for a product or a membership plan?

In principle, all purchases on Suportree—including membership plans and creator products—are final and non-refundable.

However, for commission sales, if a creator fails to deliver the promised work or meet the agreed deadline, you may open a Transaction Dispute using the Support Request Form. If the issue cannot be resolved even after Support Team mediation, a refund may be issued.

If the Supporter is responsible for the dispute (for example: scope changes, lack of communication), a refund may be limited or denied.

How do I report a violation (content, reviews, DMs)?

If you find content that violates our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines, please submit a report through the Support Request Form.

Please include:

• A direct link (URL) to the content or profile
• Screenshots (if applicable)
• A brief explanation of the issue

Our Support Team will review your report and take appropriate action.

How do I report copyright infringement?

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please submit a Copyright Infringement Report through the Support Request Form.

How do I report a bug?

To report a bug, please submit the Support Request Form. Our Support Team will investigate and assist you.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, submit an Account Deletion Request via the Support Request Form. After submission, the Support Team will verify your identity via email and process the deletion.

When your account is deleted, your purchase history and membership plan subscriptions will be permanently removed and cannot be restored. If you have unresolved payment issues or active transaction disputes, your deletion request may be denied.
