How do I create my Creator Account?

If you haven’t signed up yet:

  1. Click the LOG IN button.
  2. Under the Register section, check I am a creator.
  3. Enter the required creator information and complete registration.
  4. You may also register using a social profile (Google, Facebook, X).

If you already signed up as a Supporter:

  1. Go to MY ACCOUNT.
  2. Click Become a Creator.
  3. Fill in your creator details and click Become a Creator.
How do I customize my Creator Tree?

Go to MANAGE TREE → Settings → Tree where you can upload or replace your Banner and Profile Picture, and edit your Store Name, Store Categories, Address, Phone Number, and Biography.

Your display name can be edited under MY ACCOUNT → Account Details.

How do I add a new product?
  1. Go to MANAGE TREE → Products, and click Add New Product.
  2. Enter the product details, such as Title, Category, Price, and Sale Price. For downloadable products (e.g., games, assets, music), check the Downloadable option.
  3. In Tags, enter the product’s genre, material, and theme. Tags are automatically grouped based on your input.
  4. Use Content field for the public product preview and Exclusive Content for buyers or membership supporters.
  5. You can upload downloadable files up to 256MB. If your file exceeds this size, please use an external cloud storage service instead.
  6. Select a plan under Membership Access to assign Exclusive Content permissions
  7. Select an existing series under Series Assignment.
  8. Enable Mature Content if the product contains adult material. Only verified adults will be able to view the product page.
  9. Under Other Options, choose the product’s status (Online / Draft), then click Save Product. A product must be Online to be visible on your Tree.
How do I register a new Series?
  1. Go to MANAGE TREE and click Series.
  2. Click Add New Series.
  3. Upload a Cover Image, then enter the Title and Description.
  4. Click Create to register the series to your Tree.
How do I create a new Membership Plan?
  1. Go to MANAGE TREE and click Membership Plans.
  2. Click Add New Plan.
  3. Enter the basic information (Title, Price, Sale Price) and choose monthly or yearly subscription.
  4. Write your plan description in the Content field.
  5. Click Create to add the plan to your Tree.
How do I delete a product or a Membership Plan?

To delete a product:

Go to MANAGE TREE → Products, hover over the product, and click Delete Permanently. Products cannot be deleted once sold. This action cannot be undone.


To delete a membership plan:

Go to MANAGE TREE → Membership Plans, then click Delete on the plan you want to remove. Only plans without active subscribers can be deleted. Deleted plans cannot be restored.

What are the platform fees?

Suportree’s fees are as follows:

  • Platform Fee: 5% of the gross sale amount (A limited-time discount is currently active. Updates will be announced through News.)
  • PayPal Withdrawal Fee: 3.90% of the withdrawal amount + $0.30 per withdrawal
Why is my account on withdrawal hold?

Withdrawal holds may occur for the following reasons:

  1. Violations of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines.
  2. An active dispute with a supporter
  3. Refusal or ignorance of Suportree’s required actions

To lift the withdrawal hold, please communicate with the Suportree Support Team and resolve the issue. We will assist you to ensure a smooth resolution.

Can I use the Suportree logo in my work or on my social media account?

You can download official Suportree logo assets from the Brand Guidelines page and use them according to the guidelines.
